Core product range

Baghouse first. Cartridge when the process calls for it.

A practical selection of dust collectors, filter media and replacement parts for material handling, combustion and process exhaust. Final sizing is based on airflow, dust load, temperature, moisture and explosion-risk assessment.

New category

Cartridge Dust Collectors

Compact pleated-filter systems for fine, dry dust and space-constrained installations.

  • High filtration area in a small footprint
  • Fast filter change and simple access
  • Suitable for woodworking, grinding and general process dust
Supporting parts

Filter Bags & Accessories

Filter bags, cages, venturis, pulse valves, controllers, rotary airlocks and ducting components.

  • OEM and replacement dimensions
  • Media selection by dust and temperature
  • Spare-parts support for uptime
Application map

Dust control matched to the source.

From a silo vent to a long conveyor transfer point, the collection point and gas conditions determine the right equipment combination.

Silo & hopper dustVent filters and compact collectors for filling, discharge and level changes.
Wood dust collectionBaghouse or cartridge units for sawdust, chips, sanding and woodworking lines.
Mining conveyor transfer stationsCapture hoods, ducting and high-capacity baghouses for loading and transfer points.
Coal powder dustEnclosed conveying, spark control and appropriately selected filtration for combustible dust service.
Incinerator flue gasHigh-temperature filtration packages coordinated with cooling and gas-treatment stages.
Boiler flue gasProcess exhaust systems designed around temperature, moisture, corrosion and required outlet limits.
Selection guide

Choose by process, not by catalog label.

Baghouse systems are usually preferred for high dust loads and large air volumes. Cartridge systems are often preferred where a compact footprint, fine-dust capture or quick changeout matters. Both can be engineered with pre-separation, spark protection and automatic cleaning.

Factory & engineering

Built around the actual dust source.

PollutionCtrl supports industrial air-pollution projects from process review and dust-point mapping through equipment selection, fabrication, installation coordination and replacement parts.

Our engineering approach combines collector body, filter media, cleaning controls, fan, ducting and discharge equipment into a maintainable system rather than an isolated box.

Project information to prepare

  • Process and material handled
  • Air volume or fan data
  • Dust temperature and moisture
  • Operating hours and maintenance access
  • Required emission or workplace target

Animated operating process

How a pulse-jet baghouse works.

Dust-laden gas enters the collector, particles build on the filter surface, and a controlled pulse cleans the bags into the hopper.
