A cartridge dust collector uses pleated cartridge filters instead of traditional bags, packing a large filtration area into a compact housing. It is the preferred choice for fine, dry dust and for plants where floor space is limited and filter changeout speed matters.
How it works
Dust-laden air enters the collector and passes through the pleated cartridges; particles are captured on the media surface and clean air exits the top. Cartridges are cleaned in place by pulse-jet bursts that flex the pleats and release the dust into the hopper. Because cartridges can be accessed and replaced through doors, maintenance is quick and clean.
