How it works
Collected dust falls from the hopper into a screw conveyor or directly to a star discharge valve (rotary airlock), which meters the dust out while maintaining an air seal. Pulse solenoid valves and controllers time the cleaning bursts that keep bags effective, while cages and venturis support and protect the media. Each component is selected to match the collector size, dust characteristics and operating pattern.
