Vapor Recovery Equipment Manufacturer
PollutionCtrl supplies engineered vapor recovery equipment for oil terminals, tank farms, loading systems, refineries, petrochemical sites and industrial process vents. The scope can cover process design, equipment selection, skid fabrication, controls, testing, shipment, installation and commissioning.

What we supply
VRU process packages
Condensation + adsorption and adsorption + absorption systems selected from the vapor composition and recovery objective.
Packaged equipment
Skids, separators, condensers, adsorption beds, absorbers, pumps, compressors, control panels and analyzers.
Engineering documents
Process descriptions, equipment lists, data sheets, PFD/P&ID support, utility requirements and control narratives.
Project services
Factory testing, packing, delivery coordination, installation support, commissioning, training and spare-parts planning.
Manufacturing and project workflow
- Review: confirm the gas data, operating cases, product destination and site constraints.
- Design: select the recovery route, define the battery limits and prepare the equipment package.
- Fabrication: assemble the skid, piping, valves, instruments and control system to the approved design.
- Testing: complete the agreed inspections and factory acceptance tests before shipment.
- Delivery: prepare packing, lifting points, shipping documents and site installation information.
- Start-up: support commissioning, operator training and the handover of project documents.
Built around the project specification
Overseas equipment orders often include requirements for hazardous-area components, electrical standards, documentation, paint systems, lifting, packaging, inspection and local installation. These items should be agreed before fabrication so the package fits the site and the customer’s procurement process.
Information needed from the buyer
Send the gas composition, flow range, pressure, temperature, source description, tank or loading schedule, recovery destination, site location, applicable standards, utilities, delivery date and any existing drawings. A preliminary review can identify the right product route before a detailed quotation.
Discuss a packaged VRU project
Tell us what the equipment must handle and where it will be installed. We can define the next engineering and quotation steps.
Product routes: condensation + adsorption VRU · adsorption + absorption VRU.
What a VRU equipment manufacturer should confirm
A useful vapor recovery proposal starts with process data, not only the name of the product. We review the vapor source, normal and peak flow, composition, pressure, temperature, oxygen, moisture, liquid carryover, recovery destination and hazardous-area requirements.
- Process route comparison: condensation, adsorption, absorption, compression or a combined system
- Packaged skid layout, piping, valves, instruments and control-panel scope
- Factory assembly, inspection, documentation, packing and shipment readiness
- Site installation, commissioning, operator handover and spare-parts support
Use the VRU RFQ data sheet to prepare an inquiry. If the data is incomplete, send the available process description, site photos or P&ID sketch and identify the items that still need confirmation.
