Contact Our Engineering TeamPlate-and-Frame Filter Presses — Clarification and Dewatering
Plate-and-frame filter presses separate solids from liquids with low to medium solids content, for clarification, polishing and sludge dewatering. Filtration areas range from 3 to 100 m².
When should a plate-and-frame filter press be used?
Use it for clarification and dewatering of liquids with up to about 50% solids content and relatively low viscosity, where tight solid-liquid separation is required.
What control modes are available?
Manual, hydraulic auto-hold, electric-mechanical and automatic plate-shifting versions are available depending on model and filtration area.
What pump is supplied?
Matching diaphragm, screw or slurry pumps are configured with each model, from diaphragm pump 40 on small units to a slurry pump on the 100 m² automatic unit.
