Laboratory Wastewater Treatment — Carbon Steel Sprayed Coating

The sprayed carbon steel version offers a durable, cleanable housing for laboratory and medical wastewater treatment at 1 to 5 t/d, delivered as a complete machine with self-priming intake.

How is this different from the PVC laboratory unit?

The housing is carbon steel with sprayed powder coating, giving a more robust and cleanable enclosure. The treatment scope is similar: dosing, biological and disinfection stages in a compact footprint.

What models are available?

RCXD-S1 handles 1–2 t/d at 1600×800×1800 mm; RCXD-S2 handles 2–5 t/d at 1800×800×1800 mm. Both run at 0.65 kW with self-priming intake.

Is it supplied complete?

Yes, it is delivered as a complete machine. Piping, media and installation are configured per project.
