Ink & Printing Wastewater Treatment Unit
Purpose-built units for high-colour, high-concentration ink, printing and dyeing wastewater — small flow, highly variable quality, treated with coagulation and plate-and-frame filtration.

Contact Our Engineering TeamInk and Printing Wastewater Treatment
Printing ink wastewater is high in colour, concentration and variability, and is difficult to treat with conventional methods. These compact units use coagulation followed by plate-and-frame filtration for reliable treatment at small flows.
Why is ink and printing wastewater difficult to treat?
It typically has high colour, high COD and widely varying quality and quantity, which can upset conventional biological processes. Coagulation plus plate-and-frame filtration provides a robust, compact solution.
What capacities are available?
Standard units cover 0.5, 1–2, 2.5, 3 and 5 m³/d, with versions with integrated filtration for tighter outlet requirements.
What is included in the standard unit?
The standard plate-and-frame filter and air compressor are included. Dosing systems are configured separately per project.
