FRP Integrated Wastewater Treatment — Corrosion Resistant

FRP (fibreglass) integrated plants combine the complete treatment process in a lightweight, corrosion-resistant tank. They are a strong choice where water chemistry, humidity or site logistics favour non-metallic construction.

Why choose FRP over carbon steel?

FRP resists corrosion in aggressive water chemistries and humid environments, and the lighter weight simplifies transport and installation. It is ideal for smaller and medium capacities up to 400 m³/d.

What capacities are available?

FRP integrated plants cover 5 to 400 m³/d, with cylindrical tank designs from Φ1200 mm to Φ3000 mm and wall thickness from 8 mm to 15 mm.

What is included in the package?

Each package includes lift pump, blower, reflux pump, control cabinet, water distribution and aeration systems, inspection openings, media and media supports. MBR packages add self-priming and backwash pumps.
