Flat Carbon Steel Integrated Wastewater Treatment — Applications and Selection

Flat carbon steel integrated plants are the standard choice for municipal, residential and industrial wastewater from 5 to 400 m³/d. The complete process train arrives as one package: pre-treatment, biological treatment, sedimentation and disinfection, ready for automatic operation on site.

What capacities are available?

Standard units cover 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200, 300 and 400 m³/d. Larger duties are supplied as two-unit systems.

What is included in each unit?

Each unit includes a lift pump, reflux pump, blower (roots or regenerative type above 40 m³/d), control cabinet, piping and valves, water distribution system, media and media supports. MBR packages add self-priming and backwash pumps.

What does the optional MBR membrane package add?

An MBR package adds membrane filtration for higher effluent quality, compact footprint and potential water reuse. Membrane areas range from 12 m² (5 m³/d) to 1,300 m² (400 m³/d).

What material is the tank?

The tank is epoxy-painted carbon steel with plate thickness from 4 mm to 6 mm depending on capacity. Final sizing is based on your wastewater analysis and site conditions.
